Opera Brut 2015
Opera Brut has a pale straw yellow color, with a fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose it expresses a bouquet of great pleasure, intense, ample, characterized by notes ranging from the tender floreality of hawthorn to the frankness of green apple and peach. Hints of hazelnut and leavening bread then open to a dry, very clean taste, balanced in expressing a great aromatic complexity. Of great freshness and acidity, it closes with a very pleasant return to the sweet almond, with excellent persistence.
